I believe that happiness is a choice .How we feel is a choice we make every time a decision to think, feel or behave in a certain way. What I mean by this is that every decision we make has a positive or negative consequence. Those consequences don’t come about by accident or by chance. We are creating them for ourselves. Do things to make yourself happy when you're down. If you're unhappy, you can put yourself in a joyful atmosphere. In a situation, if there is good and bad, look at the good things and forget the bad. Plain and simple, you have the power to be happy.
Happiness is desirable in itself and never for the sake of something else. But honor, pleasure, reason, and every virtue we choose indeed for themselves, but we choose them also for the sake of happiness, judging that by means of them we shall be happy
