Some people are get up early in the morning and start the day’s work. Others prefer to get up later in the say and work until late at night. Which do you prefer? Use specific reason and examples…….
Everybody have different habit and hoppy as characteristic. So some people are very happy to get up early in the morning and very fresh up to doing work and some people are happy to sleep in the morning and doing late work at night, because of they are very hard to wake up at morning. So mean is we need work prefect and presently and comfortable for your day to day life.
So for me as I like to wake up early in the morning but I am not wake up every early morning. Sometime I wake up late and I stay late night for finished my work. When I wake up early morning I am happy to go walk with my dog. They have very fresh air as very quite as give me peace mind. On that morning I m very exciting to learn or do something. Its give me new energy to my ability. So I learn something in this morning that keeps long last in my mind. Also I want think positive and want to help for other people.
On other hand they is big advantage for me as I m satisfy what did on that day with enjoyful mood. When I finished my early and I use my time to go watch and party with friends. I want give my mind for rest and at night I used to write a diary , then I sleep at 10pm. This is my rest night and working day.
Sometime I wake up at late as I stay at late night and I want try to finished my work or I want play with my friends or watched movie at late night. It’s very hard to wake up early morning, on that morning my body has no energy to do work and no attention to anything just wants sleep.
Here I what I am trying to say that we should be think about you health and best way is wake up early in the morning. Morning air very pure and quite environment to us. They Is no noise or air pollution .
